I joined Stifel as part of its 2015 acquisition of my previous firm, Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Americas. When the acquisition was announced, I found myself at a career crossroads, so explored my options and performed extensive due diligence on a number of different firms and platforms. Staying with Stifel was the best decision I could’ve made.

At Stifel, we have outstanding team of C-suite executives, including CEO Ron Kruszewski, who has led the firm for the last 27 years. Stifel’s rare combination of stability and vision has helped us deliver 21 years of record net revenue for our Global Wealth Management business, through several difficult market cycles that included the Great Recession and the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition, I believe Stifel’s entrepreneurial, advisor-centric culture is the best you’ll find anywhere.
